Over It

Onyeka and Nicole were sent packing at the first rose ceremony following their explosive fight in the previous episode.

When it came time for the group date, several women were disappointed that they did not get a one-on-one. The women competed in martial arts before going to the afterparty.

There, Sydney confronted Colton about giving other women more opportunities than her. Colton said he still wanted to try to make their relationship work, but Sydney felt like he had a wall up. She pulled Colton aside again later to tell him that she needed more from him and didn’t feel like things should be so hard between them.

So Sydney decided to go home. She warned Colton before she left that he should not get distracted by “shiny things.” Sydney advised him to find the good women in the group.

Colton then gave the group date rose to Tayshia.

Not in Love

Demi went to Colton’s room after his final one-on-one of the week to tell him she was falling in love with him. However, he did not reciprocate her feelings, so he said goodbye to her on the spot. He didn’t want to put her through a rose ceremony because he did not think he could picture her at the end. Before she left, Demi suggested Colton not pick a “safe choice” because he would not end up happy.

Steamy

Hannah G. received a one-on-one date, during which she and Colton got oh-so-cozy at the spa (their favorite part was showering — in swimwear — together). Colton admitted that he couldn’t keep his hands off Hannah, while she said she loved being intimate with him.

Hannah later opened up to Colton about her parents’ divorce, to which he could relate. He felt closer to her after their conversation and gave her a rose. The two shared that they were falling in love with each other, with Colton going so far as to say that he could see Hannah as his wife.

Slow and Steady

Kirpa’s first one-on-one also led to growth in her relationship with Colton. The pair bonded while scuba diving and when she talked about her past engagement. She was with her ex for eight years, and he was saving himself for marriage. Kirpa reassured Colton that she would be willing to get engaged to him if they continued to progress, so he gave her a rose.

Bites the Dust

Katie was sent home during the second rose ceremony. She informed Colton that some of the women left were not ready for an engagement, which made him spiral since she was the third woman that week to tell him as much.

The Bachelor airs on ABC Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.
