The Victoria’s Secret Angels are getting into the holiday spirit — with varying degrees of success, that is.
Supermodels Lily Aldridge, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lindsay Ellingson, Erin Heatherton, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes and Candice Swanepoel each wear festive lingerie in the company’s new holiday ad. The seven women attempt to sing the Christmas classic “Deck the Halls,” though only a handful of them remembered the correct lyrics.
“Deck the halls of boughs of jolly,” Dutch beauty Kroes coos, accidentally replacing the word “holly” with “jolly.”
Kerr, 29, laughs off her repeated flubs. “We don’t sing this Down Under,” the Aussie says. “We sing ‘Santa Baby.'” Adds Kroes, 27, “It’s not fair to have a model singing!”
Heatherton, who also fails to find the right words, also struggles to use props during the commercial shoot. “C’mon, candles!” the 23-year-old American giggles. “Work with me!”
