Honey Smacks are back! The popular cereal was abruptly pulled from more than 30 U.S. states back in June due to potential contamination that health regulators say was linked to more than 60 illnesses, including salmonella, but is expected to begin recirculating in limited quantities in November.

The decision to relaunch the breakfast food comes one month after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which had previously issued a stern warning not to eat Honey Smacks, closed an investigation into the outbreak, according to Reuters. Ultimately, the outbreak infected 135 people across 36 states.

As part of the relaunch, Honey Smacks will now have a simpler, updated recipe that Kellogg’s claims in a press release will still deliver “deliciously sweetened, honey-flavored puffed wheat cereal.” In addition, the “new” cereal will come in an updated box that has “New Recipe” written in the top left corner.

”Since its introduction in 1953, Honey Smacks has been a favorite staple in families’ pantries,” said Chris Stolsky, associate director of marketing for Honey Smacks, via the release. “It has a deliciously sweet flavor you can look forward to every morning and we’re excited to relaunch the beloved cereal to our loyal fans this fall.”

To prioritize consumers’ safety, Kellogg’s also announced it has moved production of Honey Smacks to a “trusted and tested” facility owned by the food brand that has been “reliably producing the cereal for decades.”
