Olive Garden is taking its dedication to pasta lovers to a whole new level! The Italian restaurant chain, which is known for its standard Never Ending Pasta Pass that allows consumers to load up on unlimited pasta for eight weeks, is set to launch an annual version of the popular gimmick on Thursday, August 23.
The annual Pasta Pass, which is the first of its kind, is “redefining unlimited” by giving passionate pasta lovers 52 weeks of unlimited servings of their favorite pastas, homemade sauces and toppings, accompanied by unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. The catch is, there are only 1,000 annual Pasta Passes available, and each one costs $300.
“We have the most passionate fans who look forward to Pasta Pass and Never Ending Pasta Bowl throughout the year, and they’ve made it clear that eight weeks just isn’t long enough,” Jennifer Arguello, executive vice president of marketing for Olive Garden, said in a press release. “So we listened, and we’re excited to give our guests more of what they’ve been asking for – an Annual Pasta Pass that extends our Never Ending Pasta Bowl promotion year-round.”
If year-long unlimited pasta isn’t your thing, Olive Garden is also offering 23,000 regular Pasta Passes in celebration of the 23rd anniversary of Never Ending Pasta Bowl. Customers who claim one of these standard passes will pay $100 for access to unlimited pasta from September 24 through November 18.
All Pasta Passes will be available to purchase exclusively at PastaPass.com beginning Thursday, Aug. 23 at 2 p.m. ET. If you’re interested, you better act fast. In recent years the Pasta Passes have sold out in seconds!
