It’s no secret that Oprah Winfrey loves bread, and now she’s taking her infatuation with carbs to new heights with the launch of her new line of O, That’s Good! frozen pizzas!

However, since Winfrey is all about staying fit and making healthy choices, her pizza collection, which is made in collaboration with Kraft Heinz and consists of four different varieties, is more than just a cheese-loaded treat. In fact, her pizza line has a hidden healthy component. The varying pies – five cheese pizza, uncured pepperoni pizza, supreme pizza and a fire roasted veggie pizza – all include a “twist of cauliflower.”

According to a press release, that means one third of the crust of each pizza is made using the fiber-packed veggie. This tactic gives the pizza a healthy boost while also “keeping all of the classic crust texture and flavor in every bite.”

“Pizza is a favorite, fun and easy food to share with family and friends,” Winfrey said via a press release. “I am always looking to add a nutritious twist to my foods, so we made part of the crust in my new pizza with cauliflower while maintaining that classic, cheesy pizza flavor you and your family love.”

The hidden cauliflower also helps keep the calorie count low, and is part of the reason why every serving of any of the O, That’s Good! pizzas clocks in at 330 calories or less!

What’s more? The O, That’s Good! frozen pizzas don’t use any artificial flavors or dyes, and ten percent of Mealtime Stories’ profits — the joint venture between Kraft Heinz and Winfrey — will be equally split between charitable organizations Rise Against Hunger and Feeding America in an effort to support the fight against hunger.

Additionally, the Kraft Heinz Company Foundation intends to make annual donations on behalf of Mealtime Stories to these charities until the joint venture becomes profitable. If that’s not a great excuse to eat some healthy pizza, then we don’t know what is!
