Kylie Jenner understands the importance of eating a balanced breakfast. The Kylie Cosmetics founder gave her social media followers an in-depth look at how she starts her day on Tuesday, February 5, by taking to Instagram Stories and sharing the various components of her morning meal.
The 21-year-old started off by sharing a snapshot of her “morning juice,” which contains celery, carrots, an apple and some ginger. Jenner’s older sister Kim Kardashian is also a fan of celery juice, but she typically doesn’t make her healthy drink with Kylie’s sweet add-ons.
The Keeping up With the Kardashians star then went from the blender to the stove and made herself a nice portion of scrambled eggs, which she served alongside several slices of bacon, a helping of smashed avocado and a piece of toast. Clearly, it’s all about protein and healthy fats for this hardworking mom!
When she’s not cooking up her own breakfasts, Jenner has been known to get her day started with a little help from Postmates. According to the delivery app, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister’s most popular time to order is 10 a.m., and her most ordered items are matcha lattes and cream cheese bagels, the latter of which she ordered to kick off her 21st birthday on August 10.
Conspicuously missing from Jenner’s morning meal, however, is cereal. Though she’s a fan of the popular breakfast food, the reality star shocked the world in September she revealed she had only recently tried cereal and milk together for the first time ever. As she explained on Twitter, she typically eats her cereal dry, but called the addition of milk “life changing.”
For her first breakfast pairing, Jenner opted for Cinnamon Toast Crunch and regular milk, but she seemed open to taste-testing other options, and even inquired about using almond milk for her next go-around. However, the star later admitted she would still rather eat her cereal sans dairy. “I prefer it,” she told a curious Twitter follower.
