Even Angels need to beautify!
Ahead of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday, Dec. 2, the Angels, including Doutzen Kroes and Behati Prinsloo, proved that even heavenly creatures need a glam squad before a big show!
Backstage, Kroes, 29, and Prinsloo, 25, posed lap-in-lap with curlers in their hair. The smiley duo also modeled VS’s robes of the year: pinstriped pink satin wraps with black lace trim.
Meanwhile, veteran Angels Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio, who are retiring their wings after this show, hammed it up alongside their respective Fantasy Bras. Both models will be working one of the house’s $2 million bejeweled brassieres—a blue one for Lima and a coral one for Ambrosio, both 33.
Nearby, Lily Aldridge and Candice Swanepoel sat pretty while the celeb hairstylists worked their magic, turning the models’ straight locks into bombshell curls.
Karlie Kloss—whose best friend, Taylor Swift, will be performing during the show—was patient while she got her hair done, too, scrolling through her iPhone while a stylist spritzed her beachy waves.
And there were reunions, too! VS Fashion Show regulars Jourdan Dunn and Joan Smalls flashed big smiles while hugging each other between hair and makeup touchups.
New to the show this year, Stella Maxwell did a full turn for photographers so that they could see the back of the robes, embellished to read “Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show London 2014.” (The robes were made to match the personalized leather jackets the ladies wore to the Bond Street photocall the day before.)
And then she was spotted signing off the whole backstage experience with a hand-heart. (Looks like Swift, 24, really is rubbing off on the ladies!)
Speaking of the pop star and her besties, Ed Sheeran, who opened for the crooner on her Red tour, geared up for his VS Fashion Show performance with a decidedly non-model diet:

Fellow performer Ariana Grande also got playful behind the scenes, donning a kitten-eared headband while she soundchecked her performance. “so so so excited to be a part of this show (kitty ears for rehearsal purposes only today),” the singer, 21, captioned her Insta shot.
