Talk about #FriendshipGoals. Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner, who play the Stark sisters on Game of Thrones, are now basically sisters IRL, too: They just got matching tattoos.

Word got out when tattoo artist Miss Kat Paine, who works in Belfast, Ireland, posted a snap with the actresses via Facebook on Tuesday, September 13. In it, you can see 19-year-old Williams' inner arm with a bandage covering what looks like a row of numbers. She captioned the shot, "Got to tattoo these gorgeous girlies today Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner from game of thrones."

Fans immediately began to ask what the ladies requested and the symbolism behind it. But Paine would only share (responding to one commenter), "I'll let her post it first as she wanted to be the first to show it and don't want to tell everyone before her 🙂 it was a matching one that sophie got too x."

While neither has yet to unveil her tattoo, Williams (who plays Arya to Turner's Sansa) posted a snap that same day with the simple caption, "💜💕07.08.09💕💜," seemingly confirming many fans' opinion that they both inked a date.

The meaning behind the ink is yet another mystery. The date, August 7, 2009, as it would be written in the U.K., was just weeks before it was confirmed that Williams and Turner, 20, had scored their roles. Our best guess? The ladies met that day for the first time and chose to immortalize the occasion with ink.
