Amal Alamuddin doesn’t need a stylist — she has husband George Clooney! As an insider reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly, the always impeccably dressed Brit stunner relies on her spouse of seven months for fashion tips.
“George is very involved in selecting her looks,” says a source close to the actor, 53, and his wife, 37. “He’ll watch her try on clothes and will say, ‘I like that. You should get it,’ or ‘No, not that.’”
He also ensures the human rights lawyer, whom he wed in Italy in September 2014, is always camera-ready.
“He installed a runway, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and a crazy light system in their closet,” adds the source of their wardrobe in L.A.'s Studio City nabe, which houses her Dior, Oscar de la Renta, and Alexander McQueen duds. “Amal can see every single angle and tell if her outfit is see-through!”
Of course, the Columbia Law School visiting professor certainly isn’t complaining. “Amal loves it!” says the source. “She shops a lot because she needs her lawyer looks and then street clothes.”
