This week, Gwen, Us Weekly deputy beauty and style director Beth Shapouri and senior reporter Travis Cronin welcomed celebrity hair guru Sarah Potempa (i.e. the creator of the ingenious Beachwaver rotating curling iron) to talk about the fab looks she’s been creating for her star-studded clientele (think: Camila Cabello, Lea Michele and Busy Philipps to name a few) and her new product line.
The pastel pink-haired beauty started Beachwaver with her sisters Erin and Emily, and now the brand is expanding beyond its signature product to include styling products and accessories that will ensure you can make your tresses look (almost) as amazing as her clients’ ‘dos do.
Free of harmful ingredients and packed with a beach-inspired scents in pretty pink packaging (naturally!), the line includes workhorses like the Great Barrier Heat Protectant Hairspray, which is an ideal way to ward-off the damage causes by heat styling, and Second Chance Dry Shampoo, an oil-absorbing volumizing and texturing spray. Oh, and then there are velvet bows and scrunchies to play with as well.
