Not only will E! News host Giuliana Rancic be one of the first people to see the celebs as they arrive at the Emmy Awards on Sunday, but she'll also get the last word on what they wore the next day when she shoots Fashion Police.

And since the 36-year-old is on the red carpet more than the stars she interviews, we asked her to weigh in on which A-listers will have the best gowns and who she hopes will avoid the worst dressed list this year.

"I'm most excited to see the Glee girls. Lea Michele and Dianna Agron have both become such fashionistas and it'll be interesting to see which one edges the other out," Rancic told Us Weekly.

Another star who Rancic predicts will turn heads: Minka Kelly. "You can always tell when someone is single, because they really step it up, so expect Minka Kelly to look hot. She knows that a lot of eyeballs to be on her and if Derek [Jeter] is watching, she'll want him to be like 'damn!'"

For celebs like Jenna Fischer and Tina Fey, who usually miss the mark, Rancic is anxious for them to get it right this time around.

And since the style expert's own outfit will also be up for critique, she's still searching for the perfect dress, but hints that it might be a colorful look by Italian designer, Roberto Cavalli.

One thing Rancic doesn't have to worry about is how her skin will look in high-definition. She recently became a spokesperson for the skincare brand DDF (after being a fan of their products for about eight years), and credits their at-home microdermabrasion tool with allowing her go foundation-free on the red carpet.

"It's so amazing and makes my skin look so nice that I actually also stopped getting professional facials." She also wears by the new Amplifying Elixir, which boosts hydration and gives you a glow.
