Is it hot in here, or is it just Us? Jennifer Lawrence and Rachel McAdams hit the red carpet in sizzling sheer ensembles on Wednesday, May 4, in NYC.

For a screening of Woman with Gloria Steinem, the Hunger Games actress, 25, rocked a little black Oscar de la Renta dress with a bustier-style bodice and a sheer lace skirt. She added an opal cocktail ring and ankle-strap sandals with rhinestone-accented buckles.

The ladies kept the Big Apple stylish two days after the 2016 Met Gala. McAdams attended in a custom gold Valentinto gown embellished with lines from Dante's The Divine Comedy. Lawrence, however, skipped this year's ball after hosting the 2015 gala, which was themed, China: Through the Looking Glass.
