Stone. Cold. Kelly Ripa made a huge beauty confession on Live With Kelly on Wednesday, November 9: She once got Botox injections that left her unable to smile for six months!

"I'm going to tell you a story I've never told anyone," Kelly, 46, told her guest cohost for the day, FOX News political commentator Megyn Kelly. "I got bad Botox about … What was it, a year ago? And it was bad. It did something to my good side, so then I had two bad sides. I'm not kidding!"

While the All My Children alum was happy to report that the effects of the injections were temporary — "I'm starting to look myself again!" — she noted, "There was about a six-month period where people were like: 'What's wrong with Kelly? She doesn’t smile anymore.' And I was like: 'I am smiling!'"

Ripa first confessed to trying Botox in 2015 to avoid a RBF (a.k.a. resting bitch face). "That's why I got Botox!" she told Michael Strahan, her Live cohost at the time, while pointing to her forehead. "I got Botox here because people kept saying 'Are you OK' and I'm like, 'I'm fine, why?' 'You look like you're angry.' I was like, 'Then it's time to get Botox.'"
