You guys, don’t even suggest it! We’re used to seeing Kim Kardashian in monochromatic ensembles, and there’s a good reason for that. She loathes one very standard (and trendy) pattern.
“Times I featured stripes [on my app],” Kardashian, 35, wrote beneath the word zero in a one-year anniversary post on her website Friday, September 16. “I hate stripes!”
While she wouldn’t touch the trend in a two-tone version, we’ve definitely spotted her in the print — and pretty recently too. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star rocked monochromatic stripes September 7, while attending her husband Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 4 show. The look included alternating vertical columns of sheer mesh paneling and embellishments, which she paired with over-the-knee boots.
That’s not the only fashion-related revelation from the “by-the-numbers” listicle. She also included the most purchased style item people buy from her site: Spanx In-Power Line Super High Footless Shaper ($28, zappos.com). And said that the No. 1 searched accessory is sunglasses.
The Selfish author admitted just how many beauty products go into her “natural-looking” tutorials, as well. That would be an average of 24, including fragrances, makeup and hair tools.
The one thing she admits she lost count of? How many times she has used the phrase “you guys.” She joked, “Too many. LOL!”
