Go Behind the Scenes With Lauren Conrad to See Her Latest Runway Collection

Conrad's killin it! Lauren Conrad gave Us a behind-the-scenes look at her second LC Lauren Conrad Runway Collection for Kohl's, available online and at The Americana at Brand shopping center in Glendale, California, starting September 8. Watch today's Red Carpet Daily, presented by AT&T, to go inside her showroom and preview her oh-so-fall pieces!

Her newest collection features an entirely different vibe than the first, which debuted in September 2015. "It's a lot of deeper colors," the Hills alum, 30, told Us Weekly Video correspondent Jackie Miranne. "The first one was light and airy, but this one is moody."

The Celebrate author went emo with her latest capsule — which ranges from $44 to $150 — including plenty of dark florals, rich velvets and textured fabrics.

Still, you might see a few of your favorites come back in a fresh, new way. The moto jacket from last season, for instance, returns in a burgundy that the Paper Crown designer says pairs perfectly with a cocktail dress for an unexpected edge.

Conrad's so pleased with her latest line — which also includes jewelry, handbags and shoes — that she rocked a metallic, blush maxi from it to the CFDA Awards in June. "I wore this on the carpet," she says of the ensemble. "I should wear my own pieces — I'm so proud of them!"
