Lea Michele retreated to her favorite Mexican locale to ring in the New Year with her boyfriend Matthew Paetz, and served up a heavy dose of déjà vu with a photo shared to her Instagram account on Thursday, Jan. 1.
It was around this time last year that the Glee actress, 28, shared an almost-identical picture of herself on vacation in Mexico, swinging around a small palm tree as she bared her bum in a tiny black bikini. For this New Year's pose, the petite powerhouse got rid of her top as she overlooked the tropical terrain. "Let's do this 2015!" she captioned the sexy shot.
The serene snap was posted just a week shy of the two-hour Jan. 9 premiere for the final season of Glee. As seen in previews, Michele’s character Rachel Berry will cover Idina Menzel’s “Let It Go,” from Disney’s Frozen. Last year's picture was posted six months following the passing of her boyfriend and costar Cory Monteith, who died at the age of 31 of a drug overdose.
