Meghan King is getting candid about her cosmetic journey.
“In the spirit of trying to remain looking the same age for as long as possible, I try to do little things along the way,” King, 41, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, April 22. “This trifecta has made a profound impact on making my face and eyes more youthful.”
King revealed that she recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty, undereye fat grafting and ultraclear laser on her undereye area.
“I still look like the exact same person,” King said. “@levitylifts is a genius and is the reason I got on a plane from NYC to have this done in Raleigh. I can barely look at the ‘before’ photo. OMG.”
Dr. Heather Levites’ account also shared before-and0after photos of King via her own Instagram account to show the results, which she described as “subtle, preventative, and completely transformative.” King, according to Levites, opted for procedures that left her with “brighter eyes, smoother texture and naturally restored volume.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum previously went under the knife in 2022, where she had a breast augmentation and a nose job.
“I totally felt at ease and came out looking like a natural, enhanced version of myself, which is what I wanted,” King exclusively told Us Weekly in September 2022, gushing that her surgeon, Dr. Niccole, was “an artist.”
King got a “mommy makeover” at the time. (The Bravo alum and ex-husband Jim Edmonds welcomed daughter Aspen in 2016 and twins Hart and Hayes in 2018.)

King detailed her recovery the next year.
“I’ve always been outspoken about any enhancements I’ve had,” she wrote via Instagram in January 2023. “This time, I wanted the fullness in my breasts back and a little cleavage, and since I was under anesthesia I opted to tweak the tip of my nose for a minor adjustment. My chest is so wide so it always made me feel masculine on the outside but I felt so feminine on the inside and so decided to do this thing called ‘cosmetic enhancing.’”
King was especially proud of herself for publicly sharing her surgical enhancements.
“I ask myself if that aligns with the message of authenticity I want to always send and my answer is, yes, I think it does,” she said at the time. “Living authentically doesn’t have to make sense to others, my mind is allowed to change and I’m allowed to change.”
