Here’s What Michelle, Sasha and Malia Obama Wore for the First Presidential Trip to Cuba in Nearly 90 Years

Havana nights! President Barack Obama and family went to Cuba on Sunday, March 20, marking the first trip to the country in 88 years by an American president.

Though it was raining, Michelle, Sasha and Malia brought the sun in with their flirty, Spring Breakappropriate dresses.

FLOTUS, 52, rocked a red, white and navy Carolina Herrera sundress with a floral pattern. She paired the A-line frock with red flats, and even coordinated her umbrella.

Sasha, 14, wore the Ivana Knit Dress by Shoshanna ($385, with a flattering lace trim along its V-neckline and side seaming. A pendant choker and black slip-on sneakers completed her look.

Malia, 17, echoed her mother's vibes in ASOS's Ditsy Floral Printed Skater Dress that retails for only $48 ( The mixed-print mini featured voluminous sleeves. She dressed the ensemble down with a pair of white, lace-up sneakers.

Despite the weather, the family took in a guided tour of Old Havana, and seemed in good spirits. The trip included a visit to the Plaza de la Revolución, where there's a tower honoring José Martí, a Cuban hero from the revolt against Spain in the 19th century.
