Malia Obama

Malia Obama was born on July 4, 1998, and raised in Chicago. She is the eldest daughter of former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama. She has one younger sister, Sasha Obama.

Malia and her family relocated to Washington, D.C., after her father won the 2008 presidential election. They remained in the area during Barack’s two terms, which ended in 2017.

Malia graduated from high school in 2016 and enjoyed a gap year before starting classes at Harvard University in 2017. The college student has shown an interest in the entertainment industry, working at television and film studios. She also interned at the U.S. Embassy in Spain in 2016.
