As the founder of Fenty Beauty and one of the most daring celebrities on and off the red carpet, it is no secret Rihanna knows a thing or two about makeup. But now the “Umbrella” singer is showing off her skills in a new YouTube video series called #TutorialTuesday, in which she expertly (and hilariously!) demos some of the coolest products in the Fenty line. She kicked things off last week with a sneak peak of her holiday collection, but the latest how-to clip on Tuesday, October 23, was a guide to using the brand’s new jet-black Stunna Lip Paint Longwear Fluid Lip Color in Uninvited and Flyliner Longwear Liquid Eyeliner.

Back in May, Rihanna celebrated her Vogue cover by filming a 10-minute guide to “going out makeup” with the mag that was as charming as it was enlightening. In addition to being an absolute pro at applying her own makeup, the songstress proved to be funny, self deprecating and super fun to watch. And, lo and behold, this new Fenty Beauty series is no different.

In this week’s five-minute how-to, RiRi starts with a bare face (save for a bit of foundation) and gets to work from there. She starts, unexpectedly, by painting that super bold lip. “I love black lips but it only works if it’s not sheer,” she says in the clip, as she lines and fills in her plush pout with ease. The opaque formula spread easily and one dip into the pot took care of her whole bottom lip, while a second dip was more than enough for the top.

While letting the liquid lipstick dry, Rihanna moved onto her pretty peepers. She wanted to add a “slight warm wash onto the eye before liner,” so she grabbed the Come and Get It shade in her Moroccan Spice Eyeshadow Palette to add definition to the corner and crease.

Next, it was all about that liner. For a “flirty look,” RiRi used the felt-tip pen to draw a thin streak along the lash line that got slightly thicker at the end. She shared that you can “do your black liner for whatever mood you’re in” by applying different amounts of pressure to the stroke.

While the sexy look could easily be done there, the beauty magnate added a pop of color to her cheeks with the Fenty Match Stix in Chili Mango (a peachy gold) and put the finishing touch on her eyes with a bit of the CLF Killawatt Highlighter (100 percent of the sales go directly to Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation, which helps fund education and disaster around the globe) in the inner corners.

Et voilà! RiRi’s got the ultimate “goth-chic casual look” just in time for Halloween!
