On Saturday, June 15, the Game of Thrones star took to Instagram to share the cover from Vogue China’s July issue.
“I’m on my first Vogue cover and I’ve never been more honored,” she wrote the caption accompanying the shot. “Thank you so much to @voguechina for having me and @angelica_cheung for dealing with me and my migraines! I’m beyond honored and excited.”
The 23-year-old star’s cover image is understated yet stunning. Pairing leather pants with a collared white lace long-sleeve shirt and a black necktie, the look is chic, stylish and seriously cool. Her makeup and hair are also minimal, with her blonde strands styled straight and her makeup fresh and beautiful.
Her new hubby chimed in on the comments, writing, “SWEET BABY JESUS,” with a heart-eyed emoji.
The post featured three other black and white shots from inside the cover story. In the first she poses in a sweater with knee-high knit socks and black boots. In the second she wears a poofy lace blouse with an avant guard collar. And although you can see little of her look in the third, you can make out its preppy edge thanks to the tweed jacket, white button-down and big velvet bow.
Over the past year, Turner has cemented herself as quite the fashionista. While promoting her latest movie X-Men: Dark Phoenix, she churned out some seriously killer looks. During a photo-call in Paris on April 26, she showed off her lean limbs in a Mugler minidress. For a fan event in London on May 22, she looked casually trendy in a crop top and high-waisted jeans combo from Louis Vuitton. And who could forget her silver Louis Vuitton chainmail number at the South Korean premiere on May 27?
We’re calling it — she’s the next big style star.
