Vanderpump Rules star LaLa Kent gave fans an inside look at her lip and chin filler procedure via Instagram on Wednesday, August 3. In a video taken from the waiting room area, she admitted that she was going in for one cosmetic enhancement, but she might leave with more.
“Alright, y’all. I’m here ready to get shot up with Botox, but I think I’m gonna go for the lips today!” Kent proclaimed excitedly in the clip, which features her in the Snapchat butterfly crown lens.
Two days later, the reality star shared what Dr. Diamond of Diamond Face Institute in Beverly Hills, truly did in a long message to fans, complete with a pic of herself getting injected in the chin. “Thanks to this amazing Doc right here @diamondfaceinstitute , I now have a chin and jawline and no longer have to overline the shhhh out of my lips,” she began. “There was no cutting, only needles! The three things I had done were 1. The non-surgical lip enhancement 2. Diamond Facial Sculpting to my chin and jawline 3. Botox.”
In the message, Kent, who works as a hostess at Lisa Vanderpump‘s SUR restaurant, freely admitted that it wasn’t her first rodeo. “I was nervous for the first two because I’ve never done them before,” she continued, revealing that she’d been in the chair before for Botox. “Dr. Diamond is incredible and super conservative with his technique. I’m obsessed. After pics to come!”

Fans expressed concern for Kent via the comment section, exclaiming “Don’t do anymore!” and calling her too young for injectables. But Kent hit back with a video — post procedure — that showed how happy she was with what she’d had done.
“So I know a lot of people started tripping when I said I was going to get my Botox, my lips, my chin and my jawline,” Kent stated in a three-part video, in which she has a fuller pout, an angular jaw, pronounced chin and higher arches. “Here’s the thing: we all know our angles. When it comes to the camera, I’ve always had an issue with the fact that I’ve never had a great jawline. I’ve never had a great chin. So this is me after it’s all done. I don’t have to over-line my lips, these are not over-lined. And I don’t have to contour my chin and jawline.”
