London-based celebrity makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury feted the U.S. arrival of her beauty product line on Thursday, Oct. 9 in Los Angeles. The redhaired makeup magician has worked with A-list faces like Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and most recently, the newly minted Mrs. George Clooney, Amal Alamuddin.

At Tilbury’s Make-Up Your Destiny Beauty Festival, the makeup pro explained in detail what products were used to give Alamuddin the perfect bridal glow from top to bottom — starting with her amazingly toned legs she flaunted in a short, lace Giambattista Valli frock covered in bright floral appliques on Sunday, Sept. 28 in Venice.

“I used Supermodel Body [shimmer lotion] on her legs, which looked amazing in the pictures,” she told Us Weekly. “It really sort of shapes and contours and highlights her incredible limbs that she has and that worked amazingly because we had quite a few short dresses.”

When eyes weren’t zeroing in on Alamuddin’s mile-long stems, no doubt the focus was on the British beauty’s full pout. For that, Tilbury used several color options from her own line. “We used a lot of my revolutionary matte lipsticks; we used (a fiery red) Bond Girl, and (a berry tinted rose) Walk of Shame,” Tilbury shared.

Tilbury used additional products from her line to highlight Alamuddin’s bridal glow. “We used the blushes, the Love Glow blushes to really contour her face and highlight her cheek bones,” Tilbury told Us. “I gave her a dusty, bronzy kind of glow. We used a little bit of my Sophisticate palette on the eyes and my Full Fat Lashes mascara.”
