Curls for this girl! Tamera Mowry-Housley, cohost of talk show, The Real, is the latest star to get a makeover.
"This is happening right now," the Tia & Tamera star, 35, wrote on Monday, Jan. 13 along with a picture of her chopped locks on the floor of a salon. "Can't wait to show y'all." Several hours later, Mowry-Housley shared an Instagram picture of herself of her brand new 'do -- complete with curls!
"Love my big chop...love my curl doctor @shaiamiel You did it again," wrote the Sister, Sister alum. As seen in an image uploaded via Instagram by stylist Shai Amiel, Mowry-Housley's tresses have gone from medium in length to a cut that falls just above the nape of her neck. The texture of her hair is also significantly more bouncy, with the star embracing her natural curls. (Previously, she wore her hair straight and sleek, or long and wavy.)
Along with her hair transformation, Mowry-Housley revealed last month that her reality series will not be returning for a fourth season. "Thank you for 3 amazing years of Tia and Tamera," she tweeted on Dec. 31. "Now… onto my new talk show The Real and some great things I can't wait to share with u."
