Breaking News: David Arquette Checks Out of Rehab

David Arquette, 39, has been released from rehab.
"He has completed treatment and has left the facility," his rep confirms to UsMagazine.com. The actor, who separated from Courteney Cox in October, checked into rehab on January 2.

"He is very committed to his sobriety and a changed person because of his experience," a source tells Us. "He realizes now how out of control things got and doesn't want that to happen again."
The source also adds that Arquette has a support system ready and waiting. "His family is behind him 100 percent and visited him often in rehab."

Now that the Scream 4 star has checked out, that doesn't mean his treatment will stop. "He plans on going to meetings everyday and is completely focused on what he has learned."
