Dean McDermott in ICU With Punctured, Collapsed Lung

Following his second motorcycle accident of the year, Dean McDermott is back in an L.A.-area hospital, Access Hollywood confirms.
The reality star, 43 -- who was injured dirt-biking with pals Tuesday -- is now in the intensive care unit with a punctured and collapsed lung.

“He's expected to make a full recovery," wife Tori Spelling's rep tells Access. "[He] will remain in ICU for a few more days."
On his Facebook page, McDermott thanked fans "for the well wishes. A collapsed lung is no fun, and is a lengthy heal. Feeling pretty bad today. Day 2 is always the worst."

Spelling, 37, and McDermott recently renewed their vows to celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary, which UsMagazine.com exclusively reported.
They have two kids, Liam, 3, and Stella, 2.
