The mother of two (and stepmother of one) prances and beams in the pic as she gracefully hoists up her arms in an empowered pose. Inscribed in the sand below is a heart which contains the word "Grateful."

Lately, the Brazilian bombshell has much to be thankful for. Her hunky NFL quarterback husband was crowned MVP at Super Bowl XLIX last month, and it was reported recently that she plans to retire from the runway after her final walk at Sao Paulo Fashion Week.
This will allow the busy entrepreneur more moments to spend with her husband, who spoke about what it was like to wake up beside Bundchen after his Super Bowl win. "I had a nice moment with my wife Tuesday morning," Brady, 37, told Sports Illustrated last month. "Now, she’s woken up twice next to me after Super Bowl losses… It was just special. Just pretty special."
