Ate too much Thanksgiving turkey last week? Don't fret too much, as celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak tells Us Weekly there's still time to rectify your holiday eating habits as the season goes on.

"Temptation will be the end of you, especially during the holiday season," says our expert, who suggests reaching for filling food items like chicken, fish veggies or whole grains at meal time -- and advocates snacking in between meals. "Bring a snack with you to the event so if there's too long of a time between when you arrive and when the food is served, you're not tempted to overeat and make poor choices when that meal does happen."
