Great summary on beautiful body insight! I have been a personal trainer for more than 8 years specializing in weight loss programs, muscle strengthening, endurance, nutrition counseling and custom training routines. Many of my clients are afraid of the first few days/weeks because of the burns and muscle soreness the first few days or weeks! she's so pretty, and she has an amazing body, i hope i can look that good at her age. to the person who said she's always been thin, she had to lose 20 lbs when she first started acting. and to "Sofie Allen" she's not old, i'm 20, and i don't even think she's too old. i feel bad for you if you think she's old, cuz you're more then half-way to your 40s. what will you do then? you clearly are only saying that bc you like angelina jolie, that's even the picture you have up. umm, GET OVER IT, jen is brad's ex, as in no longer has anything to do with him, you crazy angelina fans make no sense, jen was the one who was skrewed over. not angelina! also, 9 of the 15 movies angelina has made in the past 5 years did not make any sort of profit, and actually lost money. and only 1 of the 13 movies jennifer aniston has made in the past 5 years didn't make a profit. so she's not over-paid, she's making people money. the only over-paid actress is angelina jolie, even "the tourist" was a complete flop, and most movies johnny depp is in are predicted to make 4 times what it tskes to make, and not even he was able to save her.

Jennifer is really gorgeous and not just for her age. She has the perfect body. Sofie how can you say she's had zero success? Why else would you be here posting on her if she wasn't relevant? Jen is a wonderful actress thats been at the top in hollywood for over 20 years, and yes that is amazing when all other stars that arrived around her time have faded out! And another thing, ALL her movies make a handsome profit!
She looks great, and celebrities do not dress like regular every day people anyway.

@to all the blind JenFans. Yes i am 25 and for me, shes too old, especially when she always wears these miniskirts. And second, of course Annalee, you are right, she is paid 5 Million per movie and thats why i said she is overpaid and for me, tasteless. She has zero success and still earns this money, is this fair? If you do your work bad, do you still get overpaid for it? You can say whatever you want, i am not a fan of hers cause i think shes mediocre and overoveroverpaid! @Janice, acting and making movies like jennifer is a hard job? omg, there are no words for you. I'm sorry but with the exception of K. Osbourne, all the celebrities that were named are naturally lean with good muscle tone, so its not that difficult for them to maintain it. I give far more credit to celebs like Kim K., JLo and Beyonce because they really have to work hard to stay lean.
Hey Sofie, I agree with Annalee. You sound a little green around the gills. And "OLD"??? How old are you - 10? She works very hard to keep looking good which keeps her working. And she works hard. Doing movies is not an easy job. If you think otherwise - you really are a few bricks short of a wall.
Well, Sofie, she makes 5-10 million per movie (regardless of how how good it is), has a 'pretty good' body (I'll downplay her body for you if it makes you feel better), and has good faithful friends who have never sold her out unlike some of her exes and even her own mother (two times)...I will take her level of "zero success" any day of the week and twice on Sunday!
Of course all these stars have amazing bodies. It's their jobs to have them. The rest of us have better things to do, like do real work, take care of children, etc.
