While shooting the rom-com Just Go With It with Nicole Kidman in Hawaii, the 42-year-old actress said it was hard to believe how "rock-solid" the mom of four's midsection was.

"I walked up to her and I said, 'I'm sorry, can I touch them? I have to touch them,'" Aniston revealed on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Friday. "'Is that spray-painted? What is that?' I think it's an eight-pack."

The single star -- who's been known to flaunt her own toned tummy in skimpy two-pieces over the years -- said she and Kidman, 43, even became workout buddies off set.

"We did yoga a couple of times out there in Maui. We did some planks together," Aniston said. "Yoga is all core."
As for how she maintains her own six-pack? "It's just sit-ups!"

17Nicole Kidman has not had four pregnancies. She has only had one pregnacy. That line of mother of 4 is very misleading.Besides she probably has 4 nannies for that matter. She has time to workout.

Ahhh sorry. Yes she's a mom of 4 per say but she only technically had one. A body recovers less after each one. That line probably shouldn't even be in there.
@isabel, tom cruise was one of the most powerful and richest men in hollywood at the time him and nicole divorced, i mean he could have made sure the kids would be cut out of nicoles life! Nicole has even said before that she wish isabella and connor would live with her! You really shouldn't judge nicole like that, you don't know what goes on in their lives. And btw katie and tom HARDLY spend time with those kids. they don't talk about them in interviews as much as they talk about suri and it was reported that they don't even accompany them on holiday trips. Nicole will always be their mother
The two adopted kids live with their father and Katie Holmes seems more of a mom to them than Botox-Nicole ever was. Yes, on the paper she is a mother of four, but in moral and social aspects, she is so NOT.

Umm, there's no need to attack Magali. She's was talking in terms of the article's context - they're placing emphasis on the fact that Nicole is the "mom of four" and yet manages to maintain an "eight-pack." All she was saying is that Nicole hasn't given birth to all four of her children.

She's not the mother of 4, she had one "normal" and 2 were adopted and the last one was via surrogate.
