The Big Bang Theory actress, 30, revealed what changes she’s made to her body. “Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs — best thing I ever did,” she told the magazine. “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self … I’m sorry, you also want to look good. I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

When it comes to her rock-hard abs and toned figure, though, it’s all natural. “The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much,” Cuoco said of her diet and exercise routine. “But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out. It’s important, it’s now part of my day. Working out is part of my day, eating right is part of my day.”

The 8 Simple Rules alum regularly practices yoga to stay fit, and also used it to help work through her sudden divorce from her tennis player ex in September 2015 after 21 months of marriage. “I’ve cried numerous times in yoga. The best part is I’m sweating so bad no one can tell.” She likes Soul Cycle for the same reason: “It’s so dark, you can cry in there too. Everyone’s going through stuff in their lives, every single person.”

Cuoco’s favorite sport, horseback riding, was equally therapeutic. “For a month straight I would talk to my horse and just bawl. Finally I went out and the crying didn’t come. I was like ‘I think I actually got through this.’” Plus, her love for all things equestrian led her to meet her current boyfriend, Karl Cook, at a horse show.

The equestrian enthusiast told Women’s Health she would “absolutely” consider marrying again in the near future, according to Entertainment Tonight. She hopes to start a family one day as well, saying, “I’m meant to be a mom.”
