LeAnn Rimes' scary skinny physique didn't happen overnight.
In 1996, Rimes was a fresh-faced, average-sized thirteen year old girl, taking the country scene by storm for the first time. By the time she married backup dancer Dean Sheremet in 2002, she was petite but still healthy for her big day.

But when Rimes fell in love with her TV-movie costar Eddie Cibrian (they were both married at the time, but went public with their romance in fall 2009), her weight began to dwindle.

Around the time of Rimes' engagement in January 2011, Us broke the news that the country star got a boob job -- and she even used Cibrian's ex-wife Brandi Glanville's plastic surgeon and got the same cup size!
In May, Rimes tweeted an extremely thin photo of herself in a bikini, then defended her tiny frame. "This is my body, and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl," she said. "I'm just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be."

For about a year now I have been able to maintain my freshman 15 weight loss and I was given so much crap for it, I was called anorexic by friends and family. There's just no way to please anybody. But I realized that I was happy and I felt so much more confident with my new body which is what LeAnn is now. If she's happy then let her be.

I believe that there is a way to lose weight and be healthy. I managed to do it and I was still given crap for it. You can never make anyone happy, but I realized that I was happy and that's all that mattered and that's what LeAnn is now. If she's happy then let her be.
In addition to the boob job, LeAnn also had extensive liposuction, stomach, back and thighs. The lipo track scars are very visible in various bikini shots where her spray tan wore away. LeAnn didn't get her armpit-floaty boobs and lose all the flab weight via natural means, she is very surgically enhanced!
