It's definitely possible to indulge once in awhile and still keep a healthy weight. the key phrase is once in awhile. the holidays come once a year, so i'm pretty sure that qualifies. i eat whatever i want during this time of year too and i don't gain any weight at all. but after the holidays i go back to eating healthy food.
She also has a small frame. Plus she said its about balance. So if she eats some food then she exercises it off. Its when you dont exercise is when you are in trouble. :D ? her on V diaries.
who is she kidding when she said she like to indulge and eat yummy things, but then just do yoga and exercise to look like that?!?!?. I workout as much as many of these actresses and there are no "GOOD" results, unless I watch what I eat. I believe what Brooke Brooke said "99% of our health and body is base on the food & then exercise".
