Is Gary Shirley slimming down for love?
The Teen Mom star, who recently attempted a reconciliation with former fiancee -- and mother of his two-year-old daughter Leah -- Amber Portwood, 20, was spotted sweating it out with a trainer at a local Indiana gym Wednesday.

The workout session, which included some high kicks, seems to be a departure from the 24-year-old's previous attempts at fitness.
Portwood, who shed about 65 pounds with a healthier diet and Krav Maga training after giving birth to Leah in 2008, told UsMagazine.com that her slimdown didn't really inspire her then-beau.

"He went with me one time to the gym," she told Us last summer. "He lasted about 15 or 20 minutes on the elliptical and then stopped."
