He's a real good man, indeed! Tim McGraw cemented his status as one of country music's hottest hunks with a sexy photo shoot for the new issue of Men's Health. Though he's fully clothed on the cover, the pictures inside the magazine reveal his crazy-ripped torso in all its tanned, muscled glory.

One shot from the spread shows the "Southern Girl" crooner, 47, working out shirtless in a parking lot, his eight-pack abs and bulging biceps on full display. He's wearing cutoff sweats and sneakers, and lifting a kettlebell with one arm.

"I'll be the first to admit I take it to extremes," the country superstar told the mag of his intense workouts. "I'm not one of those people who can sorta half-ass something."

It helps, too, of course, that he quit drinking—no more beer belly for this guy! "When your wife tells you it's gone too far, that's a big wake-up call," he said of how longtime love Faith Hill helped him to stop partying so hard. "That, and realizing you're gonna lose everything you have. Not monetarily, not career-wise, but family-wise."

"It got to the point where my kids were getting older, and it was way past the point that they noticed it," he explained, referring to daughters Gracie, 17, Maggie, 15, and Audrey, 12. "And I noticed that they noticed."
