Emile Hirsch is going to be a daddy! The 28-year-old Into the Wild actor is expecting his first child with a woman he previously dated, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
The New York Daily News first reported on the actor's baby news on Wednesday, Oct. 2. According to the newspaper, Hirsch's baby mama is a Florida woman he had a fling with. "She is five-and-a-half months pregnant now, but they are not dating," one source told the Daily News. "His friends know about it, he is doing the right thing and will be taking care of her and his baby financially."
An insider also tells Us, "He's trying to be a good guy in the situation. He still has love for the girl — it's just his schedule and life did not fit in with having a relationship."
On Wednesday, Hirsch joked about having "a baby announcement to make." He tweeted, "I am in fact @RonanFarrow's biological father," poking fun at Mia Farrow teasing that her son may be Frank Sinatra's child.
Hirsch currently lives in Venice, Calif. Throughout his career, he has kept his love life relatively private. Hirsch did, however, date Amanda Seyfried in 2005 after costarring in the movie Alpha Dogs.
