Halle Berry Accuses Ex Gabrel Aubry of Child Neglect

The battle over Nahla rages on.
During a Tuesday appearance in family court, Oscar winner Halle Berry accused her ex, Gabriel Aubry, of violating the April custody agreement involving their 3-year-old daughter.

The actress' lawyer Laura Wasser provided a lengthy court document documenting Gabriel's parenting skills. According to TMZ, Berry alleges there was once an incident overseas where the Canadian model neglected his daughter, imperiling her safety.

Berry, 44, asked the judge to rule that Gabriel violated their custody agreement. Since he was not in court, the judge set a hearing for a later date.
The couple -- who split in April 2010 -- first argued over their daughter's custody in January. "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her," her rep told Us Weekly at the time.

"Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter’s best interest."

23Listen, nobody knows these people. I love how everyone talks as if they know this woman....we simply do not know what goes on behind closed doors. Halle Berry is an actress who gets paid alot of money to play characters...why judge someone when you have no idea of their character or morals?

Like that little girl has never hurt herself or fallen like any other kid in front of her. That is probably what she is saying that imperialed her safety. If there were true incidents im sure he wouldnt be able to see her or atleast keep her for periods of time.

I believe that the father wants custody to get child support from her. He is not famous like her. It is nasty how they are using their own child as business. they need to stop the crap and be real. She is a good mother,, so ... there is nothing wrong for her to keep her daughter. He need to see his daughter like a normal person and stop the crap about wanted to get a total custody... it is all about money. both need therapy.

If that is what you wanted you should have visited a sperm bank.I think hes a wonderfull dad. and you should be trying to do whatever you can to foster this childs relationship with her father.Fathers are a intregal part of a childs life that deserve to have a place in their childs life.

She gave so many statements about her being a victim of male violence, and everyone bullied her for being biracial. I am sure some things are true, but many others..hmm, blown out of proportion and exaggerated. It is all about her, isn't it? In the end, the sperm donor aka father as well as the little girl do not matter as persons, he ist just someone, who takes away love and attention from her, and the girl reflects her narcissist personality. Did she ever care for India Benet again? The girl once was " 100 % " her daughter and she " loves her so much ". If you really love someone, you do not leave this person behind that easy.

She sounds bitter. When couples split, the other parent will DO pretty much anything to hurt the other person - especially when children are involved. I hope the judge realizes she's an actress and "faking it" is what she gets paid for.
