Judge: Jesse James Can Move Sunny to Texas - Near Sandra Bullock

Jesse James can move his daughter, Sunny, to Texas to be near Sandra Bullock, a judge ruled in Orange County family court Tuesday.
Her mom, Janine Lindemulder, broke down sobbing upon hearing the news. "I can't do this!" she said hysterically, while putting her head down. "I'll move! I'll move!"

Judge Thomas Schulte ruled that James will have physical custody of Sunny, 6, and Lindemulder, who was recently released from a halfway house, will share legal custody. She will see Sunny once a month in California, get half of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, two-thirds of summer vacation and all of spring break.
Sunny will stay with Lindemulder for the remainder of the summer before moving to Texas to attend school in the fall. Financial issues will be determined at a later court date.

Judge Schulte said he based his decision on Sunny's bond with her siblings that live with their father, Chandler, 15, and Jesse Jr., 12 "and the fact that she is doing well in her father's care." Sunny's relationship with Bullock's adopted son, Louis Bardo, did not come up, although Lindemulder has said Sunny misses him.
Even though the judge ruled that Lindemulder was clean off drugs, he had concerns about that she was in a "fragile position to make poor decisions," including the one to wed an ex con while incarcerated (from whom she is already separated), despite it being a probation violation.
James was all smiles upon entering the court Tuesday, but stoic on the way out. He did not speak to reporters or photographers before jumping on his motorcycle and speeding away. After court, Lindemulder said, "[Sunny] will be fine. It hurts. Sandy is good. Jesse is good. Sunny loves baby Louis. She's excited to move to Texas. [Bullock] will be good for her."

Us Weekly has reported that Bullock and James, who recently finalized their divorce, are speaking again. Lindemulder once complained in court documents that, "All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!"

The woman was in jail for tax problems, married an ex - con while incarcerated, while Sandra and Jesse raised Sunny. Jesse did wrong by cheating on his wife, but he was a good dad and has a stable job and life for to provide for Sunny. Janine does not. Jesse James is just as bad , if not worse, than Ms. Lindemulder. But, because he is a man, the judge and the people commenting on this article is making excuses for him while condemning Ms. Lindemulder.
Sandra Bullock is the best thing that's ever happened to these children. She is a decent, kind, loving and caring person. The judge made a very wise decision. It would be cruel to separate Sunny from Sandra, her Dad and her siblings. Sandra is a saint and should be praised to the heavens. Most people - especially the rich and famous - wouldn't even consider for a minute caring for their ex's children. Sandra really loves them.

Jesse and Janine have large issues and he "seems" to be working on his by putting his kids first. Janine deserves the chance to be with her daughter if she can do it responsibly...The judge is allowing quite a bit of visitation, she should be grateful. Actions speak louder than words, this child has been with Sandra longer than Janine, of course she's gonna want Sandra. Janine and Jesse both need to continue to work on themselves. The kids love Sandra. She may have ONLY been the stepmother but she is the ONLY responsible role model those children have! Sunny's own mother even said Sunny loves Sandra more than she loves her! That is saying something. The mother has RARELY been in her life b/c of jail, drugs, and being a wh0re and selling her body for money! She should NOT be around her daughter at ALL until she FULLY straightens her life out!!!
Sandra and Jesse are divorced and she was the STEPMOTHER. It outrageous that the judge would allow Jesse to move his kids out of state from the mother and from their friends. Sounds like Jesse is only trying to stay in Sandra's life by using his kids as pawns. Pathetic.

As much as we all know that you love and care for his children, he will never be the father or man he should be if he doesn't have to take full responsibility for their upbringing. Wow - last time I checked adopting a child was one of the most beautiful things you can do. Did it ever occur to you that Louie's biological mom actually made a good and selfless decision to place her baby w/ somebody who can provide for and love him? And kudos to Sandra for not running off to another country too - there are plenty of babies here at home who are destitute and in need of a home.
