Kourtney Kardashian kept her pregnancy a secret for months, but now the reality star is proud to show off her baby bump!

The Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami star, 30, wore a fitted shirt, leggings and heels on a shopping trip with younger sister Kim, 28, at Bel Bambini in L.A. Thursday. (Up until mid-August, Kourtney -- now five months pregnant with her first child with beau Scott Disick -- kept her bump hidden in baggy dresses and loose-fitting tunics.)

While at the baby boutique, they browsed modern cribs and toys, such as stuffed tigers and monkeys, and tested out some nursing chairs.
One of Kourtney's purchases? A large white Ty teddy bear.
Shopping for her baby might prove difficult if she decides not to find out the sex, something she was still considering during her Us Weekly cover shoot.

"I'll probably find out, but I haven't decided for sure," Kourtney, due around Christmas, told Us.

I hate to say this, but i believe it to be true; once a hot woman has a baby, she loses some of her sex appeal. i don't understand why women are in such a hurry to get fat and take care of bratty little kids. i guess i don't have the "mothering" instinct that most have.
