The Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami star, 30, wore a fitted shirt, leggings and heels on a shopping trip with younger sister Kim, 28, at Bel Bambini in L.A. Thursday. (Up until mid-August, Kourtney — now five months pregnant with her first child with beau Scott Disick — kept her bump hidden in baggy dresses and loose-fitting tunics.)

While at the baby boutique, they browsed modern cribs and toys, such as stuffed tigers and monkeys, and tested out some nursing chairs.
One of Kourtney's purchases? A large white Ty teddy bear.
Shopping for her baby might prove difficult if she decides not to find out the sex, something she was still considering during her Us Weekly cover shoot.

"I'll probably find out, but I haven't decided for sure," Kourtney, due around Christmas, told Us.
