Little man Lachey is growing up fast! Proud parents Nick and Vanessa Lachey (nee Minnillo) told Us Weekly about their baby son Camden's latest milestones at the Sprint Sound Sessions event in NYC on Tuesday, April 29.
"He's becoming a little man," Nick, 40, boasted to Us of the 19-month-old tot. "It's crazy. He's growing fast. He's running around and dancing. It's a good time."
Though the parents have yet to pinpoint their son's career path, papa Lachey has high hopes for baby Camden. "He's going to be a doctor," Nick said. "He's going to cure cancer."
Vanessa, 33, quipped, "He's got so much more to learn and experience," while turning to her husband and asking, "What is the family business? Hosting?"
The Wipe-Out hostess added that her husband's solo album, A Father's Lullaby, "does work!" when putting baby Camden to sleep. She also shared how Pampers Swaddlers are another mommy favorite, thanks to its wetness indicator, which tells parents when the diaper needs to be changed. "When [Nick] is like, 'I don't know if [Camden]'s wet or not.' I'm like, 'Look at the strip!' It's daddy-proof," Vanessa explained, while adding to her husband, "You can't use that excuse."
As they've mentioned in the past, the two stars are eager to have more kids."We talk about a couple boys," he said, "and a girl." The 98 Degrees alum added, "We're easy."
