In a touching exclusive clip from Sunday night's 19 Kids and Counting: Josie Comes Home (8 P.M. on TLC), the micropremie -- who was born at 25 weeks -- is released from the hospital. She was readmitted two days later on April 8 (to be featured on a May 11, 9 P.M. episode) after suffering from "minor stomach issues."
"It doesn't feel like there's a baby in there, she's so light," says Jim Bob Duggar of his daughter, who weighed just 1 lb., 6 oz. at birth last December, as he carries her and a heart monitor out of the neonatal intensive care unit of the Arkansas Children's Hospital.

The family relocated 200 miles from their Tontitown, Ark. home to a rented house in Little Rock to visit Josie daily.
The new issue of Us Weekly, on stands now, has an exclusive photo of Michelle and Josie the day she was released from the hospital.
