She's officially Mrs. Clooney! Amal Alamuddin has changed her name to Amal Clooney on the website of her London-based law firm, Doughty Street Chambers.
The human rights lawyer wed George Clooney in Venice, Italy, over a weekend of festivities in late September. After celebrating their final night as singles with separate bachelor and bachelorette dinners on Friday, Sept. 26, the couple said their unofficial "I dos" on Saturday, Sept. 27, at Venice's seven-star Aman Canal Grande hotel in front of guests like Anna Wintour, Cindy Crawford, Matt Damon, Emily Blunt, and Bill Murray.
Following the lavish nuptials, Amal, 36, and Clooney, 53, were officially married in a civil ceremony at Venice's Palazzo Ca' Loredan.
Former Rome Mayor Walter Veltroni, one of Clooney's friends, performed the civil ceremony and, as Us Weekly previously reported, Clooney’s beloved Venetian taxi driver Alessandro Greco served as an official witness.
The newlyweds then opted for a staycation honeymoon in their newly purchased English home.
