Big love in the Big Apple!

Bachelorette Ashley Hebert joined fiance J.P. Rosenbaum and his friends for a romantic weekend in NYC. An insider tells Us Weekly the duo went to downtown hotspot Beauty and Essex for dinner Friday night, and Hebert, 27, was "such a good sport and took pictures" with women from bachelorette parties who recognized her.

On Saturday morning, Rosenbaum and Hebert had breakfast at Coffee Shop in Union Square, then spent time walking around with friends and even Hebert's sister, Chrystie Hebert-Corns. (She infamously disapproved of Rosenbaum during their initial meeting, but according to a source, the two are "on very good terms now.")

That night, Rosenbaum threw a party so all of his friends could meet Hebert. About 40 people got together at Casa La Femme, featuring huge cupcakes by Cake Boss' Buddy Valastro. One cupcake was "so heavy -- it was red velvet and 9 inches tall. It took three of [J.P.'s friends] to pick it up!" the insider says.

After the sweet treats, it was time for some dancing -- belly dancing! "Ashley danced with the belly dancers. She's such a good sport about it," says the insider. 

The best part about their relationship? "That they don't have to keep this a secret anymore," another friend tells Us. "They're so happy to be able to just be a couple and show everyone how in love they are with one another."
