Charlie Sheen's Wife Panics in 911 Call: He Has a "Knife!"

In a panicked 911 call, Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller tells a dispatcher that the 44-year-old actor -- who was booked Christmas Day for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief -- has a "knife." Pausing occasionally to cry, she says she is "scared" for her life after he "threatened" her.
She tells the dispatcher that Sheen is "in the back room" with the knife -- which she describes as a "switch blade" -- and fears that he is trying to "sneak out the back" of the house in Aspen. (Listen to the call here.)
"I gotta file this report," Brooke says in the call.

After spending most of his Christmas Day behind bars, Sheen, 44, was released on $8,500 bond late Friday. (A rep for the actor tells UsMagazine.com, "Do not be misled by appearance.")
Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin said Monday the menacing charge is the most serious; it carries two to eight years in prison and a fine of $2,000 to $500,000.

Prosecutors say they probably won't decide until Sheen's next court appearance Feb. 8 whether to file charges against the actor.
While Mueller, 32, remains in Aspen (she was photographed smiling during an outing Monday), Sheen is back in Los Angeles.
The two welcomed twins, Bob and Max, this year.

Okay. I am not taking up for what went on between the two. But come on. He was known for his partying, womanizing etc. for years. Hiedi Fleiss...... So why are people shocked. I LOVE his show and like him as a actor. She was acting like Denise was carzy and telling lies. So I can't say I feel sorry for her!
If Charlie Sheen is not prosecuted and sentenced for such an act, something is definitely wrong with our justice system. It is time that these wealthy jerks are punished for their wrong doings. This has been going on much too long with this jerk. He should not be allowed around his children unless supervised. If this were an ordinary person, we would still be sitting in jail waiting for our trial and then, I am sure for such actions, will go directly to prison. What are wrong with these women that marry this jerk and others like him. It's not that they aren't aware of his doings.
I like him as a actor. Why won't he get his life together (besides $$) and enjoy his life with all his kids and stay married for a change. This guy is blowing it again. He needs help.

Brooke needs to get her a$$ in an alcohol rehab to prove she is fit to raise them. Charlie Sheen should only get court supervisored visits to his children. He has had TOO many breaks. He has broken TOO many families. Sheen has abuse TOO many women. It is NOT the women - It's obviously Charlie Sheen. Although, Brooke needs to stop drinking.

Guess this proves that Denise was Not lying when she stated how he mistreated her! She really loved the guy and went back to him when she was pregnant with their second child, only to find out he hadn't changed.
