Ethan Embry's Wife Sunny Mabrey Files for Divorce

Ethan Embry and Sunny Mabrey are calling it quits.

Mabrey, 36, filed for divorce from Embry, 34, in Los Angeles County Superior Court after seven years of marriage, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Embry, known for his roles in Empire Records, Can't Hardly Wait and Brotherhood, married the model/actress on July 17, 2005.

The former couple has no children together. This is Embry's second marriage. He has a 12-year-old son, Cogeian Sky Embry, with his ex-wife Amelinda Smith.

Mabrey cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
