Heidi Klum takes Halloween very, very seriously.

Since 2000, the 38-year-old Project Runway host has thrown an annual soiree to celebrate her favorite holiday. Some of Klum's most famous costumes include an 8-foot-tall alien transformer, the Hindu goddess Kali and a sexy kitty cat.

This year, Klum will don two costumes: she will morph into The Visible Woman at TAO Nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday, and she'll wear a monkey suit at PH-D inside the Dream Downtown in NYC on Monday.
