Jessica Biel "Always Gazing at" Justin Timberlake at Benefit

Justin Timberlake wasn't by Jessica Biel's side when she reached the tippity-top of Mt Kiliminjaro Jan. 11 -- but now that she's back from Africa and closer to sea level, the couple are enjoying one another's company again.

On Sunday, the pair co-attended Radiohead's Haiti benefit concert at the Box at the Henry Fonda Theater in Los Angeles. "They were definitely couple-y," an observer at the Box tells UsMagazine.com. "They were sitting close, holding hands, and whispering." They weren't the only A-listers enjoying the band: Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard, Kate Hudson, Charlize Theron, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, Daniel Craig, Patricia and Rosanna Arquette, Famke Jansen, Busy Philipps, Flea and No Doubt's Tony Kanal all attended as well.

Timberlake flew solo the night before at the all-star Hope for Haiti Now telethon, where he had a friendly, no-drama reunion with Cameron Diaz, his girlfriend before Biel.

But at the Radiohead show, he and Biel "were walking around taking pictures together and never really left each other's sides the whole night."
The sometimes reclusive pair "were low key but very cordial," a concertgoer says. "[They] didn't mind talking to people that came up to them."

Biel, who has said Timberlake is "the most precious thing in my life" appeared transfixed by her man. "Justin was holding court and Jessica was laughing at everything he said," says the eyewitness. "She was always gazing at him."

Chicky needs to realize that this arrogant jerk is not so "precious". They are probably meant for each other though since they are both so SOUR! I new him and Cam wouldn't stay together because she is too sweet/fun a person. He wants people to turn their heads as he walks by as not to "disturb" him...no lie, we were in his bar one time (didn't know) and that is what they asked us to do. We left and said I'd rather throw up than watch him walk by anyway.
I am beginning to think Jessica is a border line social path with issues. For some reason when you look at her face expressions you can see a very insecure person in there. Would'nt be surprised if she's not threaten suicide to Justin if he were to leave her permanately. I think he has to stay in her life right now rather he wants to or not out of fear of her doing something harmful to her self or even him. She has already admitted she will take Justin on any terms she has to - to be in his life. Don't hear to much about his mom and Jessica paling around and being thick as thieves as they were in the beginning of this relationship so something is definaetly up just not sure what. I think she is a danger to herself and she is so much in love with him and he isn't feeling the same about her. She does'nt seem to mind him running around with who ever as long as he keeps her in his life as well.
