Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston arrives at the the 21st Annual Critics’ Choice Awards at Barker Hangar on January 17, 2016, in Santa Monica.

The pair got engaged on Aniston’s birthday in August 2012, after 18 months of dating. In August 2015, the Wanderlust costars married in a top-secret wedding at their Los Angeles home.

Their nuptials came 10 years after Aniston and Brad Pitt’s headline-making split in 2005.

As exclusively revealed by Us Weekly, the Friends alum didn’t wish any ill will against Pitt, 52, and Angelina Jolie after they tied the knot in 2014, but the Mother’s Day star, 47, felt their September 18 split was a bit of “karma,” a source told Us. Pitt and Jolie famously fell in love on the 2004 set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, while Aniston and the Allied actor were still married.

“She always got the sense that something would happen with them eventually,” the insider previously explained. “She didn’t feel that Angelina was truly the one who Brad was meant to stay with. She always felt that Angelina was too complex for him. He’s a pretty simple guy.”

A second source told Us that while Aniston “admittedly feels sort of satisfied about Brad and Angelina’s split,” she also “never wanted this for them or wished this on them.”

As previously reported, Jolie, 41, filed for divorce from Pitt on September 19 after more than a decade together and two weeks of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Her rep said in a statement to Us that the actress made the decision for the health of their children and family. Pitt and Jolie are the parents of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8.
