Lady Gaga Celebrates Engagement With Taylor Kinney’s Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D. Families at Dick Wolf Party: Photo, Details

No bad romance here! Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney celebrated their Valentine’s Day engagement with the actor’s Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. TV families. Sophia Bush posted a beautiful black-and-white photo with the bride-to-be via Instagram on Wednesday, Feb. 25.

“#wcw @LadyGaga, naturally. She SLAYED the #Oscars and now she’s snuggled up with the #ChicagoFam celebrating love,” Bush, 32, captioned. Gaga, 28, wrapped her arms around the Chicago P.D. actress in the pic, giving a glance at her 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring.

The get-together was actually a party for the show’s producer Dick Wolf, of Law & Order fame. Gaga appeared to fit right in at the shindig, which was held at Chicago’s Palm restaurant on Tuesday, Feb. 24.

“She’s a very sweet person and very down to earth, you can sit there and have a conversation with her,” a source tells Us Weekly. “She was engaging with everyone.”

Just days earlier, the “Applause” singer gave a powerful Sound of Music medley performance at the 87th Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb. 22. Appearing to quote Gaga, Bush added: “The Oscars were amazing, but this!? This is everything.”

The One Tree Hill alum gushed: “Oh #TaylorKinney you’re a lucky man!! #love #congrats.”

Kinney, 33, has played Kelly Severide on the NBC drama Chicago Fire since 2012. His dreamboat firefighter character has often switched over to its spin-off, Chicago P.D., since last year.

The couple — who’ve been dating since 2011 — often spend time together in Chicago where the actor’s shows are filmed. Last month, Kinney told Us how he often watches the show live with his cast and Gaga.

“She comes around, she’s a sweetheart,” he told Us at the TCA All-star party on Jan. 16. Kinney also noted that he longs for sunny L.A. when he’s braving the chilly Chicago temperatures. “A reprieve from the cold, desolate, snowy winter in Chicago,” he said. “And my lady friend.”

Gaga, who will star in American Horror Story’s upcoming fifth season, has indeed become close with Kinney’s second family. Back in May 2014, Kinney, Bush, and costars Jesse Soffer and Monica Raymund supported the singer at her Madison Square Garden show in NYC.

“We really are #OneChicago,” Bush captioned a pic from the crowd. “Last night during the season finale of #ChicagoFire the fam went to support our bae #LadyGaga comin home to MSG.”
