Lindsay Lohan Posts Bail, Arrest Warrant "Rescinded"
Looks like Lindsay Lohan won't face jail time.
"The arrest warrant was rescinded," Steve Whitmore, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, tells UsMagazine.com.

Lohan put down "10 percent" of her $100,000 bail, Whitmore adds.
The actress, 23, claims her father Michael "had someone" steal her passport while she was partying at the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France. As a result, she couldn't fly home in time for her Thursday status hearing regarding from her 2007 DUI conviction, causing the judge to declare she may be in violation of her probation and issue a warrant for her arrest.

Another hearing has been scheduled at Los Angeles Superior Court Monday at 8:30 a.m.

Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said she expected her client to return to L.A. by Friday afternoon.
